By using this website, booking services, or enrolling in training with Locks by Shey, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Services
All services and training are provided by a certified loctician and trainer. Services include (but are not limited to) micro lock installation, retightening, styling, one-on-one training, group classes, and consultations.

2. Booking & Payments
Appointments and training must be booked through GlossGenius.
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all services and training sessions.
The remaining balance is due at the time of service.
Payment plans (if applicable) must be completed in full before training begins.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Clients must give at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule.
No-shows or late cancellations will forfeit the deposit.
One courtesy reschedule is permitted per booking.

4. Training & Certification
Training completion and certification are based on attendance, participation, and demonstrated skill.
Certificates will not be issued for incomplete or missed sessions.
Disruptive behavior or lack of professionalism during training may result in dismissal without refund.

5. Refunds
All deposits and payments are non-refundable.
Services, trainings, and digital content are final sale.
Refunds will not be granted due to dissatisfaction related to not following aftercare, improper expectations, or miscommunication not addressed prior to service.

6. Client Conduct
Clients and students are expected to:
Arrive on time and prepared
Maintain proper hygiene and respectful behavior
Follow all aftercare and service instructions
Failure to comply may result in service refusal or dismissal from training.

7. Changes to Terms
Locks by Shey reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified via email or on the website.

By booking a service or enrolling in a class, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the above Terms & Conditions.
